SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Priyamvada Jaipur. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed after an order has been placed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: Priyamvada Jaipur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages during transit:
Priyamvada Jaipur is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, all products sold are handmade and bear the artistic impression of the artisans. Slight variance in design will not be treated as damage as it is a natural outcome of a handmade product and enhances its beauty. A 10% to 15% color variance is also to be expected due to different resolutions and outcome of digital photography.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
What You Need to Know
Strictly no exchange or returns available. We will send the same size and article as ordered by you. Please enquire clearly before ordering.
You can, however, exchange a defective product for up 2 days from the date you received it. An uncut 360 degree package opening video is compulsory to entertain any claim. Video has to be shared on our business email id.
Any such product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt, tags and any other accessories which form part of the product in tact.

Refunds are only possible in case of non availability of item (out of stock) in the form of store credit. This store credit will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. NO CREDITS WILL BE MADE TO ORIGINAL SOURCE OF PAYMENTS.

Exclusions:
A product already used i.e. worn, washed, cut or dealt within any other form making it unsaleable in its original condition will be excluded from this policy.

Dear esteemed clients,
Please understand this is an online business. One always assumes that a small variation would be there in the product. As much you trust us that we will deliver after a payment is made, we too trust that clients will not defraud us over minor inconvenience. Few instances have led us to be clearer in our business structure. While all care is taken to ensure a perfect product, hand made artisanal goods are subjective. In order that clarity is maintained, please check the following disclaimers. These are applicable to all orders and clients without exception.
Slight Colour Variation is possible (5/10%)
Note small thread pulls, minor stitching discrepancies, stains in white ,Shade and colour variation, small pattern changes are *NOT* considered as damage.
Only damaged materials can be replaced. Colors variation, size issues and material quality will not be considered for refund/replace.
Make as much queries as possible before making your purchase. We are happy to share all information with you.
Dispatch time will be sometimes delayed.
